thought selling my house would be a daunting
experience. That's when I
decided to contact Erin to give me some advice. You see, I had relied
on Erin in the past when I decided to redecorate. We were so pleased
with the outcome of these rooms that we decided to contact her to
stage the other rooms in the house when it was time to sell. I was
amazed at how moving a few pieces of furniture and changing out a picture
or lamp and adding a few other touches could make such a difference. After
seeing Erin's finished product, we decided to put our house on the market
for $16,400 more than our real estate agent valued our property for.

buying our new home, we knew we wanted to buy new couches and chairs but
wanted to use what furniture we had to complete the room. Erin planned
the layout of the whole room before it was built and even helped us pick
out the correct furniture and fabrics to obtain the feeling we wanted to
attain. She gave us advice with things like putting a floor plug
under a table to avoid the problem of exposed wiring in a walk area; what
types and colors of fabric would give us the theme we wanted, right down
to the paint color for the picture frames. We are extremely pleased
