Consultation
We will do a thorough
walk through of a client's home to determine: the condition of each room,
repairs that need to be addressed, removal and or addition of any furnishings,
any purchases or rentals that may need to be made. At this time we
may also rearrange furniture with the homeowner in preparation of 'Setting
the Stage'. We will take 'before' pictures during the walk through.
Clients will take notes as we walk together through their home with them,
then sit down and prioritize projects, thus creating a 'to do list'.
The consultation will take between two to three hours to complete on an
average sized home (2,000 - 3,000 square foot).

Once the to do list
is completed,

Designs will come back to put the
finishing touches on the home to spotlight it's positive features so it
appeals to a broad range of tastes. This may involve installing rented
furniture, rearranging existing furnishings, artwork, plants, lights, rugs,
accessories, etc.. We will also take digital pictures to show the
'Before' and 'After' results.

Designs will work with the Homeowner
to oversee all projects agreed upon, as they are being completed by the
contractors of the homeowners choice. After all contractors are finished
we will then 'Set the Stage' (as described above).

- Staging to Sell’ services toward either their ‘New Home DESIGNS’
