Upon entering this New England Cape house, you are greeted with a beautiful winding two story staircase, with views to almost every room of  the house.  Staging only required only  a few well placed accessories rented from Interiors by ELR Designs.
Solarium
At the back Southern most corner of this 2,400 square foot house is the solarium.  Surrounded by four sets french doors and three sky lights, the room is well lit and warm.  To stage the room, Interiors by 
ELR Designs rearranged the  plants, and furniture, then brought in a few accessories and pillows to soften the space.
Formal Living Room
Done in an antique style staging this room required de-cluttering,  re-arranging furnishings, and the placement of rented accessories.
Guest Bedroom

After hiring Erin Rhindress of Interiors by ELR Designs to decorate this room in a nautical style, the homeowners decided to hire Erin again to stage their house for sale.  To prepare this room for sale Erin only removed a few extra furnishings and accessories.
