These homeowners downsized into a retirement condo and needed assistance 
with design details during construction such as wall placement, light and outlet placement and finishes. They also needed help deciding which furniture would 
go with them to the condo, and which furniture would need to be purchased. 
We also worked together to decide on paint colors, window treatments, 
artwork and accessories.

Living Room / Great Room 
Almost everything in this room was purchased new or custom made for the space.
 
Dining Room
The dining room open to the living room and so it shares the same custom window treatments and same beach feel.  The table and chairs were kept from their old house.
 

Master Bedroom
The master bedroom utilized mostly existing furnishings from the homeowners previous house.  The carpets and artwork  from thier foyer were given new life and more imprtance flanking the bed.  The window treatments were new and custom made for the condo.
