 about Interiorsby ELR Designs
Interiors by ELR Designs was created in 2000 as a need for Erin Leigh 
Rhindress to express her creative talents through interior decorating. From a young age Erin loved to arrange the furniture of her dollhouse and bedroom.  Today, Erin still rearranges her house any chance she gets.   With friends and family loving her home, they decided to ask Erin to help them create a new, updated comfortable look in their homes, usually with a shoe-string budget.  Many of them even enlisted Erin’s help when it came time to sell their homes, thus was born Interiors by ELR Designs. 

Erin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design from the 
University of Connecticut.  She worked in graphic design, architecture and interior design for a few of the largest firms in the Boston area.  Once in the Springfield, MA area, Erin taught private art lessons to elementary school children, but has since taken sabbatical from teaching to raise a family and concentrate on her business and website.  Erin, who is also a fine art painter, started ELRDesigns.com in 1998 as a way to showcase and sell her art work.  Since then it has grown to incorporate Interiors by ELR Designs, to help others achieve the beautiful homes they have always wanted. 

Erin, her husband and their two children reside in Longmeadow, MA.
